My name is Coach Chris
I was born in 1970, and I’ve been helping people build strength and stay active for over 15 years.
I believe getting older doesn’t mean becoming fragile. Too often training for adults over 40 focuses only on looking good or managing decline. I focus on building real strength, athleticism, and the ability to keep doing hard things—at any age.
